THOR2 DG represents the perfect synthesis of efficiency, ergonomics and high-degree customization. Robust and lightweight, it’s an ideal mix of design and functionality that puts it at the top of its category. It’s configurable with up to 9 monoaxial joysticks or 4 biaxial joysticks on the main panel, it has large lateral spaces for auxiliary controls.
THOR2 DG integrates the 4.3″ color graphic display with brightness up to 800 nits. It can be easily programmed and configured even directly by the customer, using the know-how provided by IMET.
Automatic Frequency Agility (AFA)
As it is based on "AFA" technology, (Adaptive Frequency Agility), it avoids manual frequencies changes. The radio remote control continuously searches and selects the less impeded channel among the available ones.
The DSC function (Dynamic Speed Control) executes speed corrections in real time (in "slow" mode), thus allowing the operator to better master the micromotions caused by the characteristics of the relevant loads on the crane.
R.T.A.S. radio calibration
The response behaviour of the single joysticks may be calibrated directly via radio, thus customising the speed of all crane motions (access protected by PIN code).
IMET radio remote controls memorize all events that may have led to failures or unexpected stops, as well as the device operating hours.
PIN Code: Always in safe hands
The new IMET range of radio remote controls allows you to set a customizable safety PIN code, so that the device can only be used by authorized personnel. This is yet another proof of how IMET designs and develops its products with extreme attention to details.
STOP button: safety is always paramount
The new self-locking button with double reset system ensures maximum safety, in accordance with the European and international safety standards, as well as an uncomparable ease of use. While it is perfectly protected against unintentional collisions, the STOP button is easily accessible and can be quickly operated with priority.

Control panel: we turn your ideas into reality
Using the advance technology of digital print, IMET is now able to customise markings according to your needs. For more complex configurations, multi-colour solutions allow the operator to identify quickly the various control units, thereby preventing errors or inadvertent activations.
Status LEDs: A little big help
All transmitting units of IMET radio remote controls are equipped with LED lights that signal operating status, battery level and fault messages.
The convenient belt attachment allows the operator to have their hands completely free, and hence manage easily the loading and unloading operations on the crane.

IMET radio remote control housings are made of synthetic compounds that are compliant with the RoHS standard and able to ensure maximum performance in terms of robustness, mechanical and thermal stability (with operating temperatures from -25°C to +55°C), as well as resistance to aggressive chemicals exposure. Moreover, these materials are free from hazardous substances, fully recyclable and hence, environmentally friendly.

Compared with the previous batteries, the new NiMH generation ensures more autonomy and a negligible memory effect. The transmitter is equipped with an easily accessible battery slot that enables its fast replacement while ensuring a perfect sealing against liquids. Gold-plated contacts guarantee a long-term, stable electrical connection.
